About Our Practice
Tots N Teens Health Associates, SC, has been practicing for over four decades. Our board-certified physicians uphold the values of their profession. Their extensive experience and professional care always support the individual needs of each child (patient) and their family.
We promote the health of each child who comes to our practice. We hold new parents’ hands through the first years of their children’s lives, while helping them to develop the confidence they need to handle their babies and nurture them as they grow. We provide quality medical care to infants, children, and teenagers in a family friendly environment.
Our team speaks many languages such as Spanish, Hindi, Gujarati, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, and Kannada, which makes us unique. We are accepting new patients and look forward to meeting you!

Priya Ramesh, MD
Dr. Ramesh did her medical school in India and Residency in Pediatrics at Loyola University Medical Center, IL. She is also American Board of Pediatrics certified and has been practicing in the suburbs of Chicago land for 15 years. She is affiliated with Advocate Lutheran General Hospital and St Alexius Medical Center.

She sees children of various ethnic backgrounds and has a strong relationship and bonding with children and their parents.
She enjoys teaching and focuses more on preventive care. She is married and has a son. Her hobbies include gardening, listening to music and volunteering in many organizations.
Carla Duban , MD
Dr. Duban received a bachelor's degree from Loyola University of Chicago and graduated from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. She completed a residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.
She has worked as a Pediatrician for more than 30 years and is also a Former US Army Veteran. Dr. Duban resides in Schaumburg with her husband and has two grown daughters.

Marcella Cimino, NP
Marcella Cimino is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Graduated from Rush University with a Masters in Science in Nursing and Post Masters Certificate as a Nurse Practitioner
